The Evangelisches Krankenhaus was looking for a modern web-based application form that would allow it to create job postings in a contemporary and user-friendly way. The new solution needed to be more modern, user-friendly, and effective in targeting potential staff and simplifying the management of job postings.

We developed a web app with numerous engaging interactive features to make the application process modern and user-friendly. For example, users can enter their name at the beginning and will then be addressed personally as they progress through the job search. The application boasts a modern, tile-based design with animations that not only looks appealing but also facilitates navigation. The entire application process has been simplified to allow interested candidates to get started quickly and easily. This also includes a suitable backend that enables employees of the Evengelisches Krankenhaus to independently create and publish new job postings. An intelligent system ensures that applications are automatically forwarded to the relevant departments based on the job field, so inquiries always reach the right person.
